Management textbooks are full of inapplicable theory. Trendy articles on leadership are full of the same old tired info, packaged and repackaged with new headlines and a new crop of buzzwords in an attempt to freshen it up. Leadership training courses promise insights, but only offer templates and systems that do not take into account the overwhelming diversity of the people you lead.
In fact, the people that I’ve learned the most from are leaders just like you who are showing up every day doing what it takes to make things happen.
Whenever I work with a client, I share what I’ve learned from the many leaders I’ve advised over the years. But this one-on-one sharing of information is inefficient. So I decided to start a podcast so that anyone who’s interested can learn from other leaders who have solved the same problems that you face every day. You will also learn from their mistakes (the same ones you’re about to make!) so you don’t have to suffer the same setbacks they did.
